Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering (major in wet processing) from any reputed public or private university is highly preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric dyeing, Wet Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to the handling overall dyeing production with quality.
∎ Fulfill the dyeing target as per machine capacity.
∎ Capable to delivery of finish fabric as per garments planning.
∎ Must be able to keep dyes and chemical costing within in limit.
∎ Ensure on time lab drip and sample submissions without delay.
∎ Ensure daily batch planning is completed before lunch and have to prepare prior plan at least three days before of the production for smooth operation.
∎ Able to gain 90% or above dyeing production efficiency and keep dying re-processing less than 5%.
∎ Should have clear and accurate knowledge of correct recipe, color combination and adjustment.
∎ Have to lead team from the front and provide technical advice and support to the stakeholders and production team members.
∎ Have clear knowledge about all kinds of fabric dyeing (Cotton, TC & PC Fabric, Viscose Fabric, Neon, Polyester Dyeing).
∎ Planning, managing, organizing, directing, implementing all types of dyeing related issues as per company demand and requirement.
∎ Monthly and yearly goal setting of dyeing Section.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Proven working experience as AGM/ DGM in dyeing production department in any textile company.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and quick decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
