Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Compliance Management, Education and Training, Learning and Development, Policy Development, Policy Making, QC & Compliance, Social Compliance, Total Productive Maintenance, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals

Job Context:
∎ Must have practical experience in dealing with ISO, GMT, GMP Customer Audit etc.
∎ Experienced in arranging and conducting training need analysis and imparting training.
∎ Hands-on experience in preparing SOP and policies to meet Company`s requirements.
∎ TPM knowledge will add value.
∎ Identification & prevention, monitoring & detection, isolation & Advisory
∎ Will report to MD / CEO directly

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor for development, implementation, audit, certification & sustainability of the following compliance standards as required for all sites of the Company - QMS, Food, and safety, Cosmetics GMP, cGMP, FSC (forest stewardship council), WRAP, BSCI
∎ To monitor social compliance- URS, SGS-Coca-Cola, Sedex, Reckitt, L'oreal
∎ Yearly registration and payment with website uploading - Sedex, Ecovadis, Aravo, SGP
∎ To develop and implement an effective compliance program
∎ To monitor customer audit
∎ To develop and maintain Policies and Procedures with regulate framework, to lead the internal Audit
∎ To effectively communicate the ethical principles and compliance regulations
∎ Compilation and issuing of Financial & non-Financial Policy & Procedure
∎ Creation of SOP
∎ Yearly Training plan and execution
∎ Need-Based and scheduled training with content
∎ TPM- Total Productive Maintenance learning and implement throughout the company
∎ Other job as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of land of law
∎ Experienced in Risk Management
∎ Strong e-mail communication
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table and any accounting ERP software
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Attention to details
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
∎ Integrity and professional ethics.
