Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Honors / BBA from any reputed institution.
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in Compliance will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance related activities.
∎ Should develop strategic policy & procedures in respect of Admin, HR & Compliance.
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and srom Bidhimala.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared / ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (GSV)
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001: 2015 Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP, GSV
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Advance knowledge on fire safety
∎ Good writing and communication skills in English
∎ Any internal or Lead audit certification will be an added advantage
∎ Extensive knowledge on Labour Law, Fire act, Explosive act etc.
∎ Good knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP & CTPAT standard requirement.
∎ Ability to raise NC and prepare CAP.
∎ ACCORD related knowledge
