Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline/Masters/MBA (HRM).
∎ Candidates having Diploma In Social Compliance/PGDPM/PGDHRM from any reputed institute will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: HR and compliance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed by the factory.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation for the factory.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ Handling grievance and conflict management.
∎ Managing welfare and IR issues.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory.
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ To help factories to prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Managing health, safety, security, and environment issues in the factory.
∎ Managing housekeeping and civil works or any maintenance in the factory.
∎ Maintaining coordination with safety, fire and security teams to ensure safety and security in the factory.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Update all license, certificates.
∎ Organizing training / awareness program on a regular basis.
∎ Managing counseling & motivational tools in the workplace.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, etc.
∎ Updating the factory complying with different standards imposed by Buyers such as BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, SEDEX, QMS etc. or Buyers' own COCs.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of noncompliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 100% Export Oriented Composite Woven Textile.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Compliance.
∎ Should have expertise knowledge on WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2013 and Labor Regulations is must.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Compliance.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
