∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ continuously recruit and onboard strong affiliate publishers/partners to expand our program.
∎ Work with the marketing team to create and manage creative assets for our affiliate partners.
∎ Identify potential affiliates to onboard in our program and present the benefits of the program to them.
∎ Supply creative assets on a regular basis to our affiliate publishers/partners to ensure they have the most up-to-date and effective materials to promote our products.
∎ Track and analyze affiliate performance and provide reports to the management team.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners to ensure they are motivated to promote our products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure our program remains competitive and effective.
∎ Collaborate with other teams, including the marketing and sales teams, to ensure our affiliate program aligns with our overall business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms, such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, or LinkShare.
∎ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions.
∎ Experience in managing creative assets and working with graphic designers or creative agencies.
∎ Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
∎ Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
