Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Related Field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and increase product sales.
∎ Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners in every district of the country.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to affiliate partners, ensuring they are fully informed about SoftifyBD's products and services.
∎ Monitor affiliate partners' performance and optimize their marketing efforts to maximize revenue generation.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials and affiliate tools to support affiliate partners in their marketing efforts.
∎ Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and best practices among affiliate partners.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on affiliate marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and competitor strategies to ensure SoftifyBD remains a market leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
∎ Proven track record in managing successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tools and best practices.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP system, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
