Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Performance Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive affiliate led traffic & GMV for local Daraz market
∎ Business Development - pitch & acquire new partners, build a strong affiliate network consisting of coupon engines, price comparison sites, content creators and social media influencers
∎ Account Management - build relationships with top tier affiliates and networks in the market. Grow affiliate performance through optimization & coaching on best practices.
∎ Own the affiliate channel end-to-end, maintaining spend efficiency (Cost income ratio) in line with company targets.
∎ Establish strong inter-department partnerships with commercial, product and data teams to drive strategic projects.
∎ Liaise with internal stakeholders to define product/tech specifications to support program expansion.
∎ Manage and grow the affiliate team.
