Job Context:
∎ We are looking for efficient individual, required to improve the service quality of impulse hospital following category- Hospital quality assurance
∎ 1. IT expert
∎ 2. Maintenance
∎ 3. Pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility of the advisor is to provide lectures and improve functioning.
∎ Advisor (Hospital quality assurance) will enhance/ improve effective communication, behavior, hospitality service for the doctors, nurses and other staff.
∎ Advisor (IT expert) will check the IT system and suggest improvement plan. Staff orientation/ training.
∎ Advisor (Maintenance) Conduct a need assessment. Identify the area which needs to be improved. Staff orientation/ training.
∎ Advisor (Pharmacy) Conduct a need assessment. Identify the area which needs to be improved. Staff orientation/ training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
