Education:
    • Masters
  • Master’s /MBA degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.

  • Disciplinary action & Final settlement. Must have good knowledge labor law & buyer COC.

  • Prior experience in handling procurement, logistics, Housekeeping, administration documentation and legal compliance (License management & govt. office liaison) will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with HR support functions and basic accounting tasks is preferred.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or service providers.

  • Prior experience in handling Canteen Management, Security Management, Visit & audit management, and buyers` entertainment. Maintaining workers transport & Staffs transport.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement in coordination with vendors.

  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation both physical and digital.

  • Support HR functions such as staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding formalities.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including correspondence, notices, and reports.

  • Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Monitor administrative budgets and control office-related expenses.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required. To maintaining local police/Industrial police and any others government agencies.
