Job Context:
∎ Immediate Appointment in Export Oriented Garments Industry:
∎ Job Location: Cheragali, Tongi, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall administrative activities of the factory including Security, Canteen, Fire, Electrical, Maintenance, Store, Production, Shipment, Transport ETC.;
∎ Candidate should have a sound commanding power over other relevant departments and should be able to act as a mediator between departments and make sure all the department are working as per company's interest;
∎ Should have knowledge in Labor law, Disciplinary action, Worker's benefit management as well as supervise compliance issues, HR activities and also Social, Accord/RSC and others Audit;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retd. Army persons who is experienced in Garments Sector will get preference;
∎ 15- or 20-years' experience in Garments Industry;
∎ Should have Computer Skill, Teamwork, Flexibility, Interpersonal skill;
