Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelors in any discipline from recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of assigned PCF (Personal and Confidential Files) and recruitment files.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure as per company policies.
∎ Maintenance of work force and ensuring reporting is maintained from all departments on timely basis
∎ Preparation of payroll and distribution
∎ Conduct Interview of prospective employees and ensuring value for money effort from all the employees
∎ Preparation/ Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issue.
∎ Ensure administrative/ HR related MIS are properly maintained, updated.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/ proposed organogram.
∎ Preparing quotations for the prospective clients
∎ Ensuing the requirements of the clients are being met
∎ Acting as liaison for all the departments
∎ Prepare candidate profile summary for shortlisted applicants
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties assigned by management.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in HR & Admin.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel in advance Level) & Internet browsing.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Previous working experience in real estate management organization will be given preference.
∎ Have to be able to endure long working hours
∎ Have to engaged to the work immensely
∎ Should have long-term goals to be in the organization
∎ Please do not waste time if you are not planning to be part of the organization for long time.

Salary:
∎ BDT 25,000 to 30,000+Depending on the experience and qualifications.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two bonuses @50% of consolidated salary per year.
∎ Overtime will be provided for extra working days
∎ Food is provided and transport will be arranged during office hours.
