Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degrees in software development, computer science, or other related fields. Developing experience, earning certifications, and completing training programs like bootcamps allows individuals to pursue employment in the field.
∎ (Students of English Medium preferred with good English writing / speaking skills)
∎ Strong intellectual skills, a track record of innovative thinking, analysis and practical activity.
∎ Management experience in a complex organization, experience of organizational changes
∎ Resilient and able to work under pressure and for long hours with long-term 3 to 5 year goals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
∎ Maintaining all websites, laptops, mobile phones, printers, routers, scanners, vacancy list, due list, invoice, quotations, purchase order etc.
∎ Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
∎ Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
∎ Testing and deploying programs and applications
∎ Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
∎ Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
∎ Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
∎ Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
