Educational Requirements:
∎ Students who complete F1, F2 and F3 of the ACCA Qualification and. Foundations in Professionalism will also be awarded the Diploma in Accounting and Business or other related fields.
∎ (Students of English Medium preferred with good English writing / speaking skills)
∎ Strong intellectual skills, a track record of innovative thinking, analysis and practical activity.
∎ Management experience in a complex organization, experience of organizational changes
∎ Resilient and able to work under pressure and for long hours with long-term 3 to 5 year goals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ preparing accounts and tax returns
∎ auditing financial information
∎ compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
∎ Analysing business plans
∎ providing tax planning services based on current legislation
∎ financial forecasting and risk analysis
∎ dealing with insolvency situations
∎ negotiating the terms of business deals with clients
∎ meeting and interviewing clients
∎ managing colleagues.
∎ The ability to reflect on your own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions.
∎ Numeracy.
∎ Business acumen and interest.
∎ Organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
∎ Teamworking ability.
