Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure administration (Civil work, Maintenance Work, cleanliness, security, housekeeping etc.)
∎ Deal with day to day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
∎ To ready and ensure the compliance issues as per buyer COC.
∎ Use system automation & handle proper documentations of factory.
∎ To ensure maintenance of cleanness, fire safety & environmental issues.
∎ Handle administrative matters in a limited scale.Carry out general secretarial and administrative duties.
∎ Maintain filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments.Coordinate with all other divisions.
∎ Any other special job as assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare production floor up date during any types of audit.
∎ Maintain office discipline and behavior. To maintain daily office operations.
