Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall general administration
∎ To be responsible for office management and monitoring the staffs (Peon, cleaner, driver, security guards etc).
∎ Proper tracking employee attendance and leave management records and provide monthly report to HR Admin Manager/Head of Admin.
∎ Proper maintaining and updating employee data (attendance, leave, late present, personal file) in HR Software time to time.
∎ Prepare employee attendance report and submit to Payroll Manager with due time.
∎ Prepare all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ Provide logistic support for the meeting, workshop & seminar.
∎ Liaison / communicate with the customers/agent as required/ as instructed.
∎ Monitor & keep record office related documents in a proper way.
∎ Prepare and disburse of various warning, show-cause etc. letter time to time when needed.
∎ Maintain and build strong communication network with the customer/ client and regular visit to company service center.
∎ Vendor Communication & Management (Mobile Phone operator,Transportation, Courier, Printing firms & other stationary firms)
∎ To undertake other special assignments and ad-hoc related duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office program (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
∎ Good typing speed.
∎ Having excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Process oriented and multi-tasking ability.
∎ Ability to work with team members and flexibility to adapt to different work conditions.
