∎ Should have experience certificate audit, like Oekotex, FSC, GRS, BSCI.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ To control and manage administration department and its activities and report to Head Office in timely manner as well as follow up those activities.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2022 and up-to-date with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Maintain proper coordination, communication with other Departments, Units and Head Office.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration.
