Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for identifying, analyzing, launching & ensuring uninterrupted function of all new alternative distribution channels which include Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Electronic Payment, ATM, and any other Digital Financial Services.
∎ Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of Internet Banking Apps (Individual & Corporate I-Banking).
∎ Monitor and manage operational processes for ATMs and cash deposit machines (CDMs), including cash availability and dispute resolution.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams and technology partners for smooth integration and efficient functioning of channels.
∎ Assess risks, implement controls, and ensure regulatory compliance for ADC and Digital Financial Services.
∎ Fulfill social and environmental responsibilities in the implementation and operation of alternative delivery channels.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bank's competent authority.
∎ Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
∎ Conduct UAT (User Access Testing) for new product launches in ADC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in Bank.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to digital banking.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge and work experience in Card Management System (CMS).
