Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cost Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Perform variance analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports on cost analysis and financial performance to management.
∎ Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
∎ Administrative Duties: Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
