Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Studies (MBS), Masters in Bank Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ M.Com/ MPA/MBA Major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university, CA (partly qualified) can also apply
∎ Skills Required: Data analysis and presentation, Effective Communication, Problem solving and decision making

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all banking related tasks, regular communications and maintaining all bank transactions.
∎ Executing MIS, fund request, bank reconciliation salary transfer to bank, preparing various reports for the management.
∎ Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
∎ Receiving and reviewing financial documents from customers and employees on regular basis.
∎ Arranging all required documentation regarding bank loan and other official requirements.
∎ Coordinating with relevant bank departments to receive statistical data and source documents.
∎ Executing regular statutory reports related to tax, vat, and any financial and business related trade information.
∎ Preparing all kind of vouchers related to finance and ensuring accounts are maintained and up to date.
∎ Keeping record of bill/invoices/challan for future reference.
∎ Preparing deposit slip and transfer documents for cheque & cash deposit to bank.
∎ Executing and keep record of payments related to recurring transaction such as rent, utilities, mobile bill, conveyance bills etc.
∎ Calculating and deduct VDS and TDS and deposit to bank.
∎ Staying up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Checking cost affecting information with different department.
∎ Managing cash flow for the company.
∎ Monitoring Billing and Recovery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have merchant banking industry experiences
∎ Strong command over any accounting software and other company data (ERP / MIS) systems
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of VAT, corporate Tax, income Tax and desired accounting methods, Labor Law and Company Act
∎ Must have good knowledge about modern financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
