Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all merchant banking related tasks
∎ Must have capital market experience, merchant banking industry experience will get preference,
∎ Have good knowledge about drafting letter in English and Bengali, trade settlement, CDBL tasks, voucher posting keeping file in order, communication skill to the clients, trading expertise, financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
