Job Responsibilities:
∎ The structured finance sector includes any securitization, structured bond, secured bond, Sukuk bond, green bond, credit linked securities, asset backed funding , structured credit/equity, preference shares, hybrid equity, subordinated debt, structured arbitrage , project finance transactions, and any other type of structured transactions
∎ Facilitating companies to raise capital by creating “secured” securities and then selling them to investors.
∎ Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligences, coordination activities, reporting, identifying risk, identifying opportunities for synergies and cost savings.
∎ Understanding complex business and technical concepts and make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of structured finance transactions and have had vast financial modeling experience, developing complex financial models.
∎ Excellent demonstrated understanding of financial processes, internal controls and financial systems.
∎ Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
∎ Demonstrate strong analytical skills acquired covering a broad spectrum of financial structures and financial business plans.
∎ A suitable candidate will also have a deep understanding of accounting principles as well as a solid understanding of financial controls and procedures that are necessary for successful prevention, detection, and resolution of errors in the business’s accounting records.
∎ Experience in Fixed income securities, mergers and Acquisition, valuation activities.
∎ Excellent business process knowledge and experienced in business process modeling; business process improvement and process analysis.
∎ Highly developed professional/technical skills are needed to perform the job.
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
∎ Strong communication and leadership skills.
