Responsibilities & Context:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems as per requirement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues promptly to ensure performance.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with other Maintenance staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Following Monthly checking mechanism of the equipment to prevent malfunctions.
