Job Responsibilities:
∎ SR Sales Target Assignment and Achievement, Delivery Routing Planning, and Management.
∎ New Store Acquisition Planning and Achievement Along with Cluster Market Mapping and Growth Implementation.
∎ Team Manage: SR & DSR Team.
∎ Performance Oversee and Improvement of SR DSR and Full Team.
∎ Any Type Of QC/Delivery/Accounting-Related issue-solving on the go.
∎ Sales-Related Reporting.
∎ Create, Manage and Coordinate Sales Campaigns Zone-Wise.
∎ Find Identify Top Customers and Nurture Directly.
∎ Must Take Ownership and Ready to Work Extra Hours If Needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
