Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales targets for individual territory and zone.
∎ Developing zonal sales strategies and reaching the sales target.
∎ Maintaining and increasing zonal, territorial and SKU wise sales.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Monitoring secondary sales and collection.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Regular market visits with SO for coaching and developing them.
∎ Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems and opportunities.
∎ Implement new product placement strategies.
∎ Implement cost control and damage reduction strategies.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Monitoring distributors activities, stock, accounts and market credit.
∎ Maintaining distributors ROI.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
∎ Serving the needs of customers in a professional manner.
∎ Sourcing and hiring fit sales staffs.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and strategies of competitors.
∎ Identifying and recommending the needs of marketing.
∎ Reporting to RSM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have minimum total 4 years with 2 years in similar position in Plastics Pipes will get preferences
