∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aqua Feed, AQUA MEDICINE, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the sales targets & plans to be achieved & communicated clearly among the sales team.
∎ To create demand for our products among farmers.
∎ Zero customer complaints with full satisfaction.
∎ To ensure no outstanding as per company policy and approval.
∎ Accurate & timely submission of sales team reports for continual sales improvement.
∎ Ensure to increase the big volume of customers to achieve the sales targets within deadlines.
∎ Provide accurate pricing strategy to achieve the business targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of the Aqua Feed / Medicine Industry will be added advantage
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Good Convincing Ability
∎ Good Team Player
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Hard core sales skill
∎ Extensive traveling
∎ Patience to handle end users/farmers
