Experience:

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Banking
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• Post Graduate in Commerce preferably major in Banking and Finance/Accounting.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Customer service experience. Need good physical and mental fitness to move frequently in the field and to work anywhere in the country.

• Job Experience: Proven 2 (Two) years’ work experience as a Hire Purchase Supervisor or similar role.

• Self-Starter, Disciplined, Organized and Confident.

• Should be honest and hardworking.

• Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.

(EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, LED, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Ceiling Fan, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions for its Showroom Sales Department and Hire Purchase Department throughout the country:

Job Brief:

• Zonal Hire Purchase Supervisor is to investigate and assess the Applicants purchase proposal for company’s products under Hire Purchase to be initiated by different Outlets and monitor overall activities regarding collection of Rents / Installments to keep the Hire Receivable and Arrearage under control of the respective Outlets within his jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

• Hire Purchase Supervisor will be attached with the company’s own outlets & be responsible for physical verification & inspection of sales proposal under Hire Purchase following Credit Rating criteria & company policy.

• Full time monitor Hire Receivable / Outstanding.

• Ensure regular remittance by the Outlets.

• Cooperate outlet team to collect irregular EMR (Equal Monthly Rent)/critical issues.

• Keep arrearage under control in certain level.

• Evaluate Aging Report.

• Periodic verification of Stock position.

• Provide regular report on total activates of Hire Purchase of respective outlets.
