Responsibilities & Context:
The Role
Under the guidance and supervision both from the Finance Specialist / Accounts Officers - Young Professional will provide support to the whole finance team with various financial and reporting related day to day operational support to the programme and finance teams and those will give a significant exposure of operations dealings and its associated activities.
Areas of Growth
Develop individual technical and soft skills through various upskilling training/courses and ‘Learning by doing’ method under guidance and mentorship from the Manager- Finance.
Gaining hands-on experience in managing key Financial Management related activities.
Develop a good understanding on programmes and projects.
Get practical experience and develop technical skills to work in an office environment.
