Experienced user of basic computer programmes (Microsoft Office– Excel, Word) and research tools, as well as internet/search engines.
Technical experience on Animation Tool Development
Young, motivated, ability to take initiative, work under pressure situation without losing composure and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred: Experience of working in Partnership and fund mobilization.
Responsibilities & Context:
The Role
Under the supervision of the Partnership and Business Development team, YP will provide support to the Partnership Advisor and Business Development team with programmatic and administrative tasks including partner selection Programme Based Partners Mapping, develop animation tool, focused donor scoping and analysis and donor mapping and develop Update the donor directories i.e. contact details of key donor.
Areas of Growth
Develop individual technical and soft skills through the `Learning by Doing` method under mentorship, based on Plan Global and Country Partnership Strategy.
Acquisition Compliance, Rules, and Regulations align with Business and Partnership of Plan and Country level.
Gain an understanding of the multi-sectoral partnership and partnering process.
Learn about grant bargaining, localization, and feminist leadership principles and practices.
Acquire hands-on experience in partnership appraisal and due diligence.
Develop an understanding of key funding streams, instruments, and modalities of key institutional and private donors who fund humanitarian and development initiatives in Bangladesh
