∎ শুধুমাত্র মুসলিম বাবুর্চিগণ-কে আবেদন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।
∎ বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ৫০-১০০ জনের রান্নার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ রান্নাঘরের সার্বিক ব্যবস্থাপনার দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
∎ বাংলাদেশী সব ধরনের খাবার রান্নার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। পরিমাণ মত রান্না করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ সুস্বাদু এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর বাংলা খাবার তৈরীতে সঠিক রেসিপি অনুসরন করা এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ যে সমস্ত খাবার যথাযথ মান অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে কিনা।
∎ খাবার তৈরীতে রান্নাঘরে অন্নান্য কর্মীদের কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।
∎ রান্নাঘরে সমস্ত সরঞ্জাম সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা, পরিস্কার করা এবং রক্ষনাবেক্ষন নিশ্চিত ও পরিস্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা।
∎ রান্নাঘরে দৈনন্দিন স্টক বজায় রাখা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পন্যের সরবরাহের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করা।
