• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong creativity and understanding of design trends, especially in social media.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout design.
• Ability to deliver high quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media design is highly preferred.

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on social media content creation. The ideal candidate will design engaging visuals that enhance our online presence and strengthen our brand identity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and engaging social media posts, stories, banners and ads.
• Develop creative concepts for online campaigns and brand promotions.
• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English is mandatory.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual content.
• Create supporting designs for websites, presentations and marketing materials when needed.
• Manage and organize digital design assets for easy access and use.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
