10 years’ experience in Garments Sector.

Well Known about production procedures & technique.

Having oversea working experience or experience working with foreigners is preferable.

Product range from pants, jackets, padding jackets etc.

Fluent English, Chinese and Japanese spoken will be preferred.

1. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the sample, cutting, sewing, and finishing departments to ensure product quality and adherence to buyer specifications.

2. Pattern & Fit Analysis: Review and analyze garment patterns, fittings, and construction techniques; recommend improvements to enhance fit, comfort, and manufacturability.

3. Sample Evaluation: Evaluate development and pre-production samples to ensure they meet design and technical standards before mass production.

4. Production Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during production to minimize rework, defects, and delays.

5. Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to improve garment construction processes for better efficiency and consistency in both woven and knit fabrics.

6. Quality Assurance: Monitor in-line and end-line quality checkpoints to ensure garments meet customer quality standards.

7. Communication: Coordinate with merchandising, design, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution from development to bulk production.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation including tech packs, pattern corrections, and sewing specifications for woven and knit garments.
