∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience in well known and renowned organization.
∎ Have knowledge on monitoring BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, INDITEX, etc. and related welfare issues and assist in different audits as requirements.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules.
∎ Sound knowledge on all welfare activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Present at office in just time.
∎ To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities.
∎ To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. Canteen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers. Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker.
∎ Training conduct to the new workers.
∎ Counseling to the worker and management to implement the laws and regulations in the factory.
∎ To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers.
∎ Report writing.
∎ To arrange all workers committee meeting & prepare minutes of the meeting.
∎ To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly.
∎ Make a good relation between management & worker. Development of workers attitude. Health and Safety proper management.
∎ Training conduct & counseling.
