Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from any Public University will be given privilege.
∎ MBA/ PGD in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view to maintaining harmonious relations between management of the factory and the workers.
∎ To study and understand the point of view of the workers and to help the management and the workers to resolve their difference in the spirit of understanding and cooperation.
∎ To watch industrial relations with the view to using his/her influence in the event of dispute arising between the management and workers and to help to bring about about a settlement through mutual discussion and joint consultations.
∎ To deal with wages and employment matters by joint consolation with the management and the workers representative body.
∎ To promote health labor management practices.
∎ To keep co-ordination with the medical officer of the factory for better service and treatment of workers.
∎ To help he management in regulating the grant of leave with and explain to workers the provision relating to submission of applications for grant of leave and for regulating authorized absence.
∎ To suggest female workers on procedure on availing of maternity leave and how to get the maternity leave and also check out the well being of workers those plan to avail maternity leave.
∎ To suggest measure which will serve to raise the working and living conditions of the workers and promote their general well being.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer skill in Microsoft office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint).
∎ Computer typing skill in English & Bengali.
