Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in conducting all welfare related program taken by factory management.
∎ Identifying the scope and feasibility of the training and development of unskilled and semi-skilled worker.
∎ Involve in the welfare of the workers in their skill enhancement for better livelihood.
∎ Ensure that welfare activities are conducted in accordance with Company Policy.
∎ Directive on Welfare as well as Mission-specific SOP and guidelines.
∎ Everyday announcement PA system.
∎ Counselling the general issues like company rules regulation.
∎ Arrange all committee & prepare committee meeting minutes.
∎ Update first aid, fire warden, & all authorized picture.
∎ Prepared compliance documentation.
∎ Ensure floor visit to maintain hygienic and healthy environment.
∎ Ensure buyers' social compliance & audit related document update.
∎ Prepared monthly disease and injury analysis report.
∎ Regular monitoring of pregnant women, maternity information, ensuring the benefit is received on time.
∎ Prepare and update maternity benefit sheet & register regularly.
∎ Arrange all kind of training programs and prepare training agenda and calendar.
∎ Visit (day care) center on a regular basis.
∎ Conduct orientation.
∎ Regulate absenteeism.
∎ Grievance management for floor employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile.
∎ The candidate must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
