Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers.
∎ Conduct counselling of Absentee/late/lunch-out/non discipline workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & discipline.
∎ Conduct counselling of the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind efficiency as referred by the factory’s Line Management.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
∎ Prepared for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
∎ Establish effective both way flow of communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers. Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law. Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
∎ Organize welfare committee meetings, WPC, and Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
