∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Present at office in just time.
∎ To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities.
∎ To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. Canteen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers. Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker.
∎ Training conduct to the new workers.
∎ Counseling to the worker and management to implement the laws and regulations in the factory.
∎ To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers about pregnant worker & lactating mother.
∎ Report writing.
∎ To arrange all workers committee meeting & prepare minutes of the meeting.
∎ To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly.
∎ Make a good relation between management & worker. Development of workers attitude.
∎ Health and Safety proper management.
∎ Training conduct & counseling.
