Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities:
- Make Welcome Calls to customers within a set timeframe after service/product delivery.
- Gather Customer Feedback on their experience, satisfaction level, and suggestions for improvement.
- Record & Document Responses accurately in the company’s CRM/system.
- Identify and Escalate Issues if a customer shares complaints or dissatisfaction.
- Follow Standard Scripts & Guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism during calls.
- Support Customer Retention by building rapport and ensuring customers feel valued.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer feedback trends.
- Collaborate with Customer Service/Quality/Operations teams to improve service based on feedback.
