Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Fully understand buyer’s requirement for preparation of art file.

  • PDF data treatment into Excel file.

  • Check all barcode data and make sure the treated Excel file is correct.

  • Work with the design department or outsourcer for artwork development.

  • Verify artwork file and send to customer for approval.

  • Prepare booking file and send to customer. Order placement with a production unit.

  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Timely Invoice and PI release to the customer for payment purposes.

  • Follow up with customer for payment recovery by LC/Cash.

  • Update packaging follow-up file with all correct data on a regular basis.

  • Proper filing and data storing on the server.Must have negotiation skills.

  • Drive for business growth. Business analyses and report submission to Management.

  • Provide timely feedback to senior staff about orders and payment details. Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
