∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fully understand buyer’s requirement for preparation of art file.
∎ PDF data treatment into Excel file.
∎ Check all barcode data and make sure the treated Excel file is correct.
∎ Work with the design department or outsourcer for artwork development.
∎ Verify artwork file and send to customer for approval.
∎ Prepare booking file and send to customer. Order placement with a production unit.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Timely Invoice and PI release to the customer for payment purposes.
∎ Follow up with customer for payment recovery by LC/Cash.
∎ Update packaging follow-up file with all correct data on a regular basis.
∎ Proper filing and data storing on the server.Must have negotiation skills.
∎ Drive for business growth. Business analyses and report submission to Management.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior staff about orders and payment details. Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
