∎ Ø  পরিকল্পিত কৌশলের মাধ্যমে পরিকল্পনা প্রস্তুত করে প্রাথমিকভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠানের উদ্দেশ্য বাস্তবায়ন করা এবং দীঘ্য মেয়দী পরিকল্পনার মাধ্যমে ক্যোটেল ব্যবসা সেক্টরে প্রতিষ্ঠানের লভ্যাংশ বৃদ্ধি করা।
∎ Ø  মার্কেটের ধরণ বুঝতে হবে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী টার্গেট গ্রাহককে কাঙ্খিত সেবা প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  ক্যাটেল ব্যবসার কাজামাল যথাসময়ে ওয়্যারহাউজে আসছে কিনা এবং গ্রাহক সঠিক সময় পন্য সরবরাহ পাচ্ছে সে বিষয়ে লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে।
∎ Ø  গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে সময়মত সরবরাহকৃত ক্যাটেলের মূল্য উত্তলন করে তা ব্যাংকে জমাদান করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  পন্যের গুণগতমান অক্ষুন্য রাখার জন্য যথাযথ মনিটরিং করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  একটি সহজতর সাপ্লাই চেইন ম্যানেজমেন্ট প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  কিভারে বিক্রয়বৃদ্ধি করা যায় তার স্বল্প মেয়াদী ও বার্ষিক টার্গেট নিরুপন করে সেই হিসাবে লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণে সচেষ্ট হতে হবে।
∎ Ø  গ্রাহকদের সর্বাত্তক সার্ভিস দিতে হবে যাতে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি পায়।
∎ Ø  যে কোন ধরণের সমস্যা তাৎক্ষনিক সমাধানের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø  ট্রেড লাইসেন্স সহ অন্যান্য সকল লাইসেন্স সময়মত হালনাগাদ করতে হবে এবং সরকারী নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ব্যাবসা পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  ট্রেড ব্যবসার ফাইনানসিয়াল ম্যানেজমেন্ট করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  টীম লীড দেয়ার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø  মার্কেট এর অবস্থা সম্পর্কে সকল খবর রাখতে হবে এবং গ্রাহক টার্গেট করে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
∎ Ø  প্রতিষ্ঠানের উন্নতি করার সুযোগ খুজে বের করতে হবে এবং এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ম্যানেজমেন্ট করতে হবে।
∎ আবেদনের অন্যান্য যোগ্যতাঃ
∎ Ø  প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই ডিগ্রী/ব্যাচেলর ডিগ্রী ব্যবসায় প্রশাসন, কৃষিবিদ্যা, অথবা রিলিভেন্ট ফিল্ডে দিত্বীয় বিভাগ থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø  প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই ক্যাটেল ব্যবসাতে-তে ৬ বছর এর চাকরি করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø  বাংলাদেশের ক্যাটেল ইন্ডাট্রি সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট রধারণা থাকতে হবে।Ø  টীম লিড করার গুণাবলি থাকতে হবে।
∎ Ø  ফাইনান্সিয়াল এনালাইসিস, বাজেট ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং পারফরম্যান্স উন্নয়নের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

Almost 10 Million farmers across the country do not have access to finance. With hopes of addressing this problem, WeGro provides investment and guidance to smallholder farmers who are otherwise unable to access formal financing elsewhere. Additionally, farmers can also avail access to agricultural input and access to markets. All of the projects are insured, monitored, scrutinized and available for the financiers to visit. After the output is produced, we sell the products to their partners (Chaldal, Parmeeda, Apon Wellbeing, Khaas Food Limited, etc.), thus ensuring fair prices for the farmers. Our profit sharing model ensures that the farmers and the financiers receive a share of the profit and the ROI is higher compared to other financial instruments.
