∎ অভিজ্ঞতাঃ ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রকল্পে প্রতিষ্ঠিত এনজিওতে মাঠকর্মি হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
∎ শিক্ষাযোগ্যতাঃ যে কোন বিষয়ে স্নাতক পাশ। (ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রকল্পে অভিজ্ঞদের ক্ষেত্রে শিথিলযোগ্য)

∎ কার্যক্রম :
∎ ০১.কার্যক্রম :কৃষক এর গ্রুপ গঠন ও পরিচালনা:
∎ • কৃষক নির্বাচন ক্ষেত্রে সরজমিনে ব্যক্তির ব্যক্তিগত, পারিবারিক, সামাজিক, অর্থনৈতিক, রাজনৈতিক অবস্থান, আয়ের উৎস ইত্যাদি বিষয়াদি যাচাই সাপেক্ষে কৃষকের কৃষি সমীক্ষা সম্পন্ন করবেন।
∎ • কৃষি সভা পরিচালনায় মূখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করবেন। কৃষক নিরীক্ষা নির্বাচন ও বিনিয়োগ প্রদান , ঋণ প্রস্তাব গ্রহন ও প্রদান, যাবতীয় কাজ সম্পন্ন করবেন।
∎ • কৃষি সমীক্ষা ফরম সম্পন্ন - ঋণ আবেদনপত্র, বিনিয়োগ এর জন্য আবেদন পত্র গ্রহন, সহ তার ব্যবহৃত সকল ফরমের তথ্যঘর যথাযথভাবে পুরণ করবেন।
∎ • প্রতিটি কৃষি সেন্টার কে আদর্শমানে অর্থ্যাৎ ২৫ থেকে ৩০ জন কৃষক উন্নীত করার কার্যকরী পদক্ষেপ গ্রহন করবেন।
∎ ০২. বিনিয়োগ, ঋণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা:
∎ • কৃষকদের উপস্থিতিতে এবং কৃষি সমীক্ষা মাধ্যমে ঋণ আবেদন গ্রহন, ও বিনিয়োগ আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করবেন। ঐ দিনই যাচাই সাপেক্ষে সুপারিশ/মতামত সহ আবেদনপত্র অফিসে জমা করবেন।
∎ • ঋনের জন্য আবেদনকৃত কৃষকদের প্রকল্প, আয়ের উৎস (একাধীক), প্রকৃত অভিভাবক, উপযুক্ত জামিনদার সরজমিনে যাচাই করে এবং ঋণ আবেদনকারীর মূলধন, দায়-দেনা, আয়-ব্যয়, ঋণ পরিশোধের যোগ্যতা/সক্ষমতা সম্পর্কে ভালভাবে খোজ খবর নিয়ে ঋণীর প্রকৃত সক্ষমতা বিবেচনা করে ঋণের সিলিং নির্ধারণ করে প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট সংযুক্ত করে ঋণ আবেদন অনুমোদনের জন্য সুপারিশ করবেন।
∎ • অনিবার্য কারনে কোন কৃষক বকেয়া করলে তা উদ্ধারে সক্রিয় এবং আন্তরিক ভুমিকা পালন করবেন। প্রয়োজনে উর্ধ্বতনদের অবহিত করবেন এবং তাদের সহযোগিতা নিবেন।• ঋণের ও বিনিয়োগ বকেয়া রোধে এবং বকেয়া আদায়ে সক্রীয় ভূমিকা পালন করবেন।
∎ • বাৎসরিক ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী অর্জন নিশ্চিত করবেন।
∎ ০৩. তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা:
∎ • সুষ্ঠ ভাবে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় ও জটিলতা এড়াতে এবং উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড ভাবমুর্তি উন্নয়নে কর্ম এলাকার স্থানীয় প্রশাসন, গনমান্য ব্যক্তিবর্গ সহ সকল পর্যায়ের লোকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখবেন।
∎ • কৃষকদের জন্য উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড প্রদত্ত সুযোগ সুবিধা এবং সংস্থার নিয়ম-কানুন যথাযথ ভাবে ও দ্রুততার সাথে কৃষকদেরর অবহিত করবেন।• কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় যে কোন সমস্যা এবং উইগ্রো টেকনোলজিস লিমিটেড ক্ষতির সম্ভবনা আছে এমন বিষয় অবহিত হলে বা দৃষ্টি গোচর হলে তাৎক্ষনিক ভাবে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাবেন।
∎ ০৪. অন্যান্য:
∎ সপ্তাহে ১ দিন সাপ্তাহিক স্টাফ মিটিং-এ অবশ্যই উপস্থিত থাকা, সাপ্তাহিক প্রতিবেদন উপস্থাপন এবং পরবর্তি সপ্তাহের পরিকল্পনা ও করণীয় সম্পর্কে সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশনা গ্রহণ করবেন।

Almost 10 Million farmers across the country do not have access to finance. Additionally, farmers can also avail access to agricultural input and access to markets. All of the projects are insured, monitored, scrutinized and available for the financiers to visit. After the output is produced, we sell the products to their partners (Chaldal, Parmeeda, Apon Wellbeing, Khaas Food Limited, etc.), thus ensuring fair prices for the farmers. Our profit sharing model ensures that the farmers and the financiers receive a share of the profit and the ROI is higher compared to other financial instruments.
