Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate maintenance of all financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Oversee the processing of invoices and payments; process all payments via banks and ensure all banking transactions & relations are properly managed
  • Assist in the completion of the annual statutory audit of the financials, ensuring swift communications with auditors and meeting audit requirements
  • Manage company secretarial activities - ensuring compliance with Corporate Regulations, share transfer process etc; dealing with Bangladesh Bank, BIDA and RJSC related matters
  • Manage VAT and Income Tax related work of the company including all VAT and income Tax related queries and filings in the appropriate manner
  • Review and ensure proper documentation and maintain necessary records with respect to Income Tax-related issues including TDS, VDS, VAT, AIT, and other related documents
  • Ensure maintaining effective communication with VAT and Tax Officials
  • Prepare and file of withholding Tax Return
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the authority as and when necessary
