Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team of web developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
∎ To design, implement, and maintain React & Python-based applications.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
∎ To Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
∎ Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, trends, and frameworks, and recommend their integration into our development processes.
∎ To drive technical innovation and continuous improvement in web development methodologies and tools.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to gather requirements and ensure effective project execution.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Python platforms like Django Rest Framework.
∎ Excellent knowledge of designing and developing applications using React.
∎ Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
∎ Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git
∎ Experience working with NodeJS would be appreciated.
∎ Ensure application-level security.
∎ Capable to write technical documentation.
Salary: Negotiable
