Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a minimum of HSC qualification.
• Skills & Expertise
• Proven experience in web development, including:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend development tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean and efficient code.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must have an interest in creating videos for marketing or social media purposes.
• Female Candidates Requirement:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performing websites.
• Maintain and update existing websites with new features and functionality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align website design with business goals.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate on creating engaging videos for marketing campaigns or content purposes.

Employment Status: Full-Time Salary: Tk. 17,000 - 20,000 (Monthly) Location: House- 01/30, Road-04, Block- A, Royal City, Section-01, Shah Ali, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Facilities & Benefits Bonuses: Two annual bonuses. Special Allowances: monthly allowance for prayer. Retirement Plan: After 10 consecutive years of service, employees will receive a 2% pension of their salary.
