• 2- 4 years of experience in E-commerce or E-commerce Startup.

Skills & Expertise

Proven expertise in:

• Facebook Ads (posting, creating, and campaign execution).
• Google Tag Manager & Facebook Pixel.
• Server-side tracking.
• LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing elements:
• SEO, Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting, etc.
• Proficiency in tools for:
• Marketing data analysis and reporting.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Must have an interest in creating videos for marketing or social media purposes.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management
• Create, execute, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and email.
• Social Media Handling
• Strategize, implement, and oversee activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Engagement Boosting
• Enhance audience engagement through interactive content and timely responses.
• Reach Expansion
• Use SEO, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships to increase reach and attract new audiences.
• Content Creation
• Develop blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Performance Monitoring
• Analysis campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Video Creation:
• Collaborate on creating engaging videos for marketing campaigns or content purposes.

Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Performance bonus
• Salary Review: Yearly
Bonuses: Two annual bonuses. Project bonuses for exceptional performance. Special Allowances: monthly allowance for prayer. Retirement Plan: After 10 consecutive years of service, employees will receive a 2% pension of their salary.
