∎ Previous experience in working with Government agencies, NGOs and providing support to partners.
∎ Previous experience in working at project focusing work place-based training approach
∎ Experience of developing and successfully implementing departmental work plans to accomplish organisational objectives.
∎ Proven experience in reviewing, monitoring and evaluating programmes, using quantitative and qualitative methods and approaches.
∎ Proven experience of projects progress tracking and monitoring with a diverse programme team including distance management.
∎ Substantial experience in managing resources and external relationships with a range of people and organisations, including promoting effective partnerships.
∎ Technical competence in needs assessments and report writing in English.
∎ Technical competence in project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ IT literate with demonstrable knowledge and skill on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, STATA and online based software
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.
∎ Good team work skills with the ability to work with different and sometimes conflicting agendas.
∎ Good organisation, coordination and project monitoring skills.
∎ IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use any software adopted by Muslim Aid.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
∎ Ability to work in and with a diverse team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
∎ Good command over English in both speaking and writing.
∎ Ability to produce clear and timely written communications in the form of donor reports

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support local management to identify potential enterprise for facilitating Workplace-Based Training (WBT) Support to local management for facilitating the contracting process.
∎ Ensure learners enrolment according to the Workplace-Based Training (WBT) Guideline. Ensure the available learning materials are available within the enterprise according to the criteria.
∎ Develop monitoring tools to track WBT learners' enrolment & attendance, Ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported accurately, reliably, and in a timely manner.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor Workplace-Based Training (WBT) program implementation and ensure quality by following checklist/guideline and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide regular feedback and technical guidance to enterprises and project staff on monitoring activities. Facilitate to conduct assessment of WBT learners under Technical Education Board (BTEB) in National Technical and Vocational Qualification Framework (NTVQF) level - 1 and 2 of Bangladesh Skills Development System.
∎ Ensure community contribution and stipend distribution of WBT learners. Support to select quality enterprise for WBT implementation as and when required; and provide feedback on their performance. Provide employment support to WBT graduates.Reporting and documentation:
∎ Liaise with project team for establishing effective information sharing/updating/ reporting mechanism.
∎ Submission of timely data and information & develop progress report as required.Capacity building:
∎ Build capacity of the owner & master trainer of selected enterprises.
∎ Participate in kick off internal and external meetings, training and workshops, as agreed by the MABCO.
∎ Ability to organize workshop, meeting and training events for capacity building.
∎ Capture case studies, lesson learned and best practice as project required.
∎ Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility.Beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms:
∎ Ensure that the feedback and complaints mechanisms are in place and effectively managed.
∎ Develop and implement a system for collecting and responding to beneficiary feedback and complaints that are appropriate for the program and context.
∎ Analyze feedback and complaints to identify areas for program improvement.
∎ Muslim Aid-UK, Bangladesh Country Office, is actively seeking a highly qualified WBT Monitoring Officer for our Integrated Rehabilitation Program for poor slum dwellers. This project is focused on Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET) in Bangladesh. The positions are based in Mohammadpur, Mirpur (Dhaka City), and Saidpur (Nilphamari), with the requirement for frequent field visits to oversee and monitor Work Place Based Training (WBT) activities at various enterprises. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Work Place Based Training (WBT) process at different enterprises, facilitating learning, accountability, and capacity development initiatives. S/he will also play a crucial role in maintaining external and internal relations with project and program teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely information gathering and reporting that aligns with the project's output, outcome, and results. Furthermore, S/he will also contribute to the development of essential tools and guidelines.
∎ Design and Implementation:
