Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure the efficient treatment and disposal of wastewater.
- Manage the inflow and outflow of effluent to optimize plant efficiency.
- Assign tasks and ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the ETP team.
- Manage the proper disposal of sludge and other by-products in an environmentally friendly manner.
