Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Developing and putting into operation the current system and upcoming system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.
∎ Coordinate with washing units, giving washing specifications/ quality check.
∎ Knowledge of proper use of chemicals in washing plant.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of wash products/Garments.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition as standard.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser and other concern department for on time shipment.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Knowledge of washing machine knowledge and development of new washes.
∎ Prepare reconciliation report for each other.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Review skill-level of operation on monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential workers.
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
∎ To ensure rejection and low percentage (garments and chemicals) within the allowable limit.
∎ To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.
∎ Proper knowledge on sustainable wash.
∎ To be able to take independent decision making on wash approval, recipe adjustment and communicate with buyer's.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Computer Skill: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work for long time in the factory premises on day to day basis.
∎ Good in IQ and work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
