∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Washing Wet Process & Dry Process.
∎ Able to Understand 100% chemical recipe
∎ Able to control workers directly involved in Wet Process.
∎ Must understand the whole wet process.
∎ Responsible for chemical sample test and development of garments laundry wash industry.
∎ With responsibility you have to do sample development and have to understand to their management and also have to do Business develop with them and build up relation with customers/ Buyers.
∎ Development and Implementation.
∎ Identify, develop, and increase new chemical and new shed for the organization.
∎ Provide day to day development work reports to Management.
∎ Have to work with Buyer development target.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through proc
∎ ess and technology improvement.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements.
∎ Manage work in progress costing and quality.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
∎ Report production related information in prescribed format in a given period.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
