Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• PGD In Supply Chain Management.

•  Proficiency in using ERP (e.g., SAP, QAD), and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-departmental communication skills.

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle unexpected disruptions, and make quick decisions

• Good command of both written and spoken English (bilingual capability (Chinese) is highly preferred for multinational environments)

• Good Communication Skills Both (English & Chinese.)

• Chinese Language is highly Preffered.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies, conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, and maintain system data accuracy

• Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; schedule shifts and optimize manpower allocation to meet performance targets.

• Utilize and optimize QAD systems to streamline logistics workflows.

• Enforce strict health, safety, and security standards within the facility; ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Follow-up & develop the materials receiving, storing & delivery plan.

• Coordination with PMC & IT for smoothly QAD Based Materials dispatch operation issue.

• Coordination with all concern department of BD Operation including BDPMC, BDIT, BDIE, BD Shipping, BD Purchase, BD A/C, BD Admin, BD HR, China WH, China SC, SCM Manager & SCM Director.

• Ensure the smooth storage arrangement (racking/ non-racking) of materials according to predefined accommodation following the 'right material at right place'.

• Organize and direct in ensuring the delivery of materials against product requisition complying FIFO method.
